Job Description

  • Accountable for overall sales strategy and revenue growth of the company on a Region or State basis.
  • Setting targets and monitoring them monthly to ensure that they are in line with the business plan
  • Meeting the revenue and margin targets for the business
  • Track market changes and conduct market research & analysis to map competition strategy.
  • Formulating strategies for reaching out to unexplored markets/ groups for business expansion
  • Analyze, evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, results. Converting leads into activities, monitoring sales executives to get the max leads.
  • Prepare Sales Plan to execute sales & marketing strategies execute and manage Commercial sales operations in given are or state
  • Responsible to increase the sales and marketing functions to achieve as per the company targets Interact with clients to determine business requirements.
  • Maintain potential customer data bank and keep in touch periodically with the customers, maintain good relationship with customer and effective communication with the customer & promote the product uniqueness.
  • Resolve all complex enquiries from the clients and ensures customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for driving Channel Sales to achieve their goals. Prepare monthly report on sales volume, highlights, business conditions, competitor activities.
