Job Description

  • Meet & build relationship with Company's Customer across India.
  • Meet & build relationship with Fleet Owners across India.
  • Meet & build relation with service & spares department of all the
  • OEM's.
  • Develop Sales & Service network across India and ensure increased
  • sale of product & spares.
  • Carry out branding activities like board printing, advertisements,
  •  monthly templates etc.
  • Ensure service trainings and campaigns are conducted on regular
  • basis.
  • Carry out sales promotional activities such as mechanic meet,
  • customer meet etc.
  • Plan and implement schemes for spare and product sale.
  • Collect competitor information.
  • Warranty Handling.
  • Submit monthly projection.
  • Ensure that the sales and service team is well aware of their job and
  •  targets.
  • Ensure satisfied customers by providing prompt service and making
  • easy spares availability.
  • Required Candidate profile

    Added advantage

    Dealer handling.

    Field service experience.

    Warranty / Products claims handling.


    Team Leader, able to handle the team and lead from the front.

    Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    Excellent interpersonal skills are required in order to deal with sensitive issues, develop market or influence others inside and outside the organisation to take specific actions.

    Sound analytical skill

    Willingness to travel extensively.

    Excellent command over MS Excel and Power point.

    About Dummy axles and Suspensions for trailers

    On the players in the market and their names, pricing levels etc.

    About Dealer pricing, end customer pricing and schemes in these products
