- Develop and expand the Sales and Marketing programs for Company Products in India. Ensure continued growth of Jost business through OEM's, Dealers & after sales market.
- Strategies for business forecasting , annual sales plan.
- Evaluate product sales and margin trends through regular customer
- visits to identify growth opportunities.
- Establish regional marketing program goals, targets and priorities.
- Accountable for achieving sales volume as per annual business plan.
- Identify Competitor "SWOT" , analyse them for marketing strategies and course correction, if necessary.
- Compile and up-date customer's database and Work closely with truck and trailer manufacturers all over India.
- Sales realization / Collections from customers in the region.
- Co-ordinate for quality / warranty issues from the customers.
- Design and lead sales promotional activities , like service campaign, product branding campaign , road show etc.
- Project management on new developments with OEMs
- Aftermarket channel establishment / management
- Brand management and promotion
- Competitor analysis / tracking and evolve strategies to fuel growth of company's products
Required Candidate profile
Field service experience.
Warranty / Products claims handling.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
