  • Get the sales using various sales methods.
  • Acquiring clients through various sources like direct walk-ins, through other brokers and other social and marketing mediums. Understanding their needs and accordingly provide them satisfactory solutions for purchasing new properties.
  • Evaluate Reference/Associates/Customers needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
  • Meet team sales targets on monthly basis.
  • Research new segments and generate sales leads through marketing strategies with the help of different corporate and social events.
  • Preparing monthly planning and giving support to implement it on accurate way.
  • Maintain and expand clients/reference database.
